A time to Enjoy the Weekend...


As your weekend arrives, don't let it pass you by. Rest in the times of solitude.
Find happiness in the busyness. Engage Life. Grab hold, and live.

My Suggestion ~ Enjoy a good Laugh! Laughing is good for the soul. It's also great for your abs (or lack there of, if you're me).
I once was told that "abs are overrated", so I'm sticking with that.
Chuckles, giggles, cackles, or roars of happiness can have a positive affect on your frame of mind.
It's contagious.
They say 'Laughter is the best medicine'. Let's see if it's true...
